Accessing and using this website is contingent upon your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions, which you/the User explicitly acknowledge and accept by visiting the site. Should you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, access to or use of the website is not granted.

7. Fees and Payment

Payment for all services must be made in advance.

Up to two missed classes in a term can be carried over to following term and fee for the following term can be adjusted for those missed classes, provided the previous term and following term, have been paid in full using full term pricing plan. Not applicable to class passes or if the student has paid the term in partial due to late joining or planned absences

Students will not be issued class passes in lieu of any missed classes.

Missed classes from previous terms can't be accumulated. Students will only be allowed to carry a maximum of 3 missed classes from previous terms, out of which, missed classes for single term can't exceed two classes.

Missed classes will only be carried over to the immediate following term. This benefit will not apply if the student decides to take a break in the following term.

Payments should be made via the BB website, though alternative payment methods may be considered at the instructor’s discretion.

BB shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from participation in classes, shows, workshops, or events, including claims, injuries, losses, or damages connected to privacy rights, publicity rights, or defamation.

Term fees paid by students cover only the classes they attend with BB.
-
Students wishing to participate in performances or concerts may incur a separate performance fee, which is used to organize the events but does not cover costumes or tickets.
7.1 Discounts

Only one discount may be applied at a time.
-
Discount codes will be provided by instructors upon validating the student's eligibility. If a change occurs in the student's circumstances that invalidates the discount, BB reserves the right to request payment for the differential amount.

Referral discounts apply only as a one-time offer for full-term payments or a 10-class pass. Mid-term payments or a 5-class pass do not qualify for referral discounts.
7.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

No makeup classes or refunds will be provided for missed classes.

In the case of medical reasons preventing attendance, students are required to speak to their Instructor for class adjustments.

BB does not issue refunds, or class passes, if a student changes their mind. Refunds will only be offered in cases where BB cancels or reschedules a class that the student cannot attend.

Refunds are subject to the discretion of the instructors.
8. Attendance and Participation

Students are required to arrive at least five minutes before the class begins. Missing the warm-up can result in injury, and BB will not be held liable for injuries caused by tardiness.

All students are expected to attend all classes in the term. BB is not obligated to provide extra attention to students as a result of missed classes.

BB must be informed in advance if a student plans to miss any classes or as soon as possible before the class or term starts.
9. Health and Safety

Students must inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries prior to starting class.
-
Students should wear appropriate attire, such as sports or dance shoes, comfortable track pants or leggings, and a suitable top.

It is recommended that students and parents consult with a medical professional before participating in dance activities.
9.1 Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults

BB Dance Instructors are committed to maintaining safe environments for children and vulnerable adults. Abuse of any kind is strictly unacceptable. This policy applies to all BB staff and volunteers.

Every child and vulnerable adult have the right to participate in dance activities without experiencing bullying, intimidation, harassment, or any form of harm.

BB values all students, regardless of age, listens to them, and respects their rights to personal privacy.

BB staff and volunteers are carefully recruited, and necessary background checks are completed.

Information regarding child protection and safe practices is shared with children, parents, staff, and volunteers.

BB staff and volunteers share any concerns with the relevant agencies and involve parents when appropriate.

All BB instructors hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
9.2 Code of Conduct

The code of conduct and good practice at BB is designed to provide guidance on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, while also preventing actions that could be misinterpreted or lead to false accusations. All BB staff members, partners, trainees, volunteers, and individuals involved in any capacity—whether paid or unpaid—who engage in activities with children and/or vulnerable adults on behalf of BB must follow the guidelines outlined in this code.

BB staff members, trainees, volunteers, individuals working on behalf of the organization—whether paid or unpaid—as well as students and visitors must treat all children and vulnerable adults with respect, ensuring that their right to personal privacy is honoured.

It is essential for BB staff members, trainees, volunteers, individuals working on behalf of the organization, students, and visitors to be mindful that any physical contact with a child or young person could be misinterpreted. When such contact is necessary, it should be conducted openly in the presence of other students. It must always be clear that any physical contact is solely for correctional purposes.

Feedback during activities should consistently be constructive, and the language used should never be threatening or distressing.

Any unsupervised contact with a young person or vulnerable adult should be avoided unless prior authorization has been given by a parent or guardian.

Should first aid be required, it must be administered by a trained first aider in the presence of another adult, and the Instructor (if available) should be informed promptly.
10. Photography and Media Release

At BB, we take photos and videos during our dance classes, workshops, events, and performances. These images may later be used for promotional reasons across various platforms, including printed materials, our website, and our social media channels.
10.1 Consent
By taking part in any activities at BB, you provide your consent to being photographed or filmed. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will avoid using any images or footage that might compromise your dignity or portray you in a negative manner.
10.2 Usage
The photos and videos taken by BB may be utilized for promotional objectives, such as but not limited to, advertising, marketing content, website visuals, and social media posts. These materials could be distributed and shown to the public without any form of compensation provided to you.
10.3 Opt-Out
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify our team or the photographer/videographer prior to the start of the session or event. While we will make reasonable efforts to honour your request, we cannot guarantee that you won’t unintentionally appear in group or crowd shots.
10.4 Minors
For participants who are younger than 18, we require explicit permission from their parent or legal guardian before utilizing any photos or videos featuring them for promotional purposes. Parents or guardians are entitled to opt their children out from being photographed or filmed.
10.5 Professionalism
Our staff and contracted photographers/videographers will maintain professional conduct while capturing images or video footage. We aim to ensure that the process of taking photos or filming does not interfere with the safety or enjoyment of our clients.
10.6 Ownership
All photos and videos captured during our activities are owned by BB, and we retain full copyright over them. Clients do not possess the right to claim ownership or reproduce these images or footage without obtaining prior written permission from BB.
10.7 Sharing
We welcome clients to share their personal photos and videos from our classes and events on their individual social media accounts. However, we kindly request that clients tag BB and give credit when they share content produced by our studio.

11. Limitation of Liability
